Templates & deliverability
Templates that get approved, numbers that stay healthy
Every business-initiated WhatsApp message needs a Meta-approved template, and every number has a quality rating and a daily limit. Whapier treats both as part of the product rather than as problems for you to discover.
How do I create a message template?
Pick the number, the category and the language; write a header (text, image, video or document), a body with variables, an optional footer and up to the buttons Meta allows — call, visit a website, copy an offer code, quick replies. Authentication templates get the one-time-code options — copy code, auto-fill, expiry. Submit, and the status comes back from Meta; rejected templates show the reason and what to change.
What does the linter catch?
The formatting rules Meta enforces and a few of the patterns that get templates rejected: a variable opening or closing the body, two variables side by side, gaps in the numbering, tabs and runs of spaces, body over 1,024 characters, header or footer over 60, link shorteners, prize-and-giveaway wording that triggers a scam rejection. All of it is checked before the template is submitted, and the reference of every rejection reason is public.
What is number warm-up?
A freshly connected number starts with a small daily limit at Meta, and a day-one blast is the fastest way to lose your quality rating. Whapier ramps a new number up gradually — 50, 100, 250, 500, 1,000, 2,500, 5,000 conversations a day — and reads Meta's messaging tier, throughput and quality rating so a campaign is paced to what the number can actually deliver. The pre-flight check tells you how many days a send will take.
Can I use more than one number?
Yes — connect several WhatsApp Business numbers through Meta's embedded signup (sign in with Facebook, pick the business and the number) and choose per campaign, per conversation and per entry point which one speaks. Each number shows its status, phone verification, quality rating and limits, and templates sync from Meta automatically.
What keeps a number out of trouble?
Sending only through the official API, only approved templates, only to people who opted in — and a product that makes those the easy path: consent keywords handled automatically, the 24-hour window enforced in the composer, tier limits respected by every campaign, and the dashboard checklist that tells you in plain words when Meta has a problem with your number.
