What do WhatsApp messages themselves cost?
Meta charges per delivered message, and the rate depends on the destination country and the message category (marketing, utility or authentication). From 1 October 2026 replies to customers inside the 24-hour service window are billed as well, at the utility rate, after 1,000 free service messages per business phone number each month. Meta bills these fees directly to your WhatsApp Business Account — Whapier never handles that money and never marks it up. How does VAT work?
Whapier sells to EU businesses. Your VAT number is validated against VIES, and the invoice applies the correct treatment automatically: domestic VAT at home, reverse charge (Art. 196, Directive 2006/112/EC) across borders. Prices shown exclude VAT.
What happens if I stop paying?
You keep receiving inbound messages even after your subscription lapses, so a missed renewal never goes dark on your customers. Sending resumes when the subscription does.

What is Whapier?
Whapier is the European WhatsApp Business platform: built, hosted and invoiced in the EU by ADDO VISION SOLUTIONS SRL (Romania), a Meta Partner. Your data is hosted only in the EU, every invoice is an EU invoice with a VIES-validated VAT number, and Meta bills its message fees directly to your own WhatsApp Business Account at Meta's published rates — we add no markup. On the official WhatsApp Business API (Cloud API), it gives any business that talks to customers on WhatsApp — shops, clinics, hotels, service companies — campaigns, a shared team inbox, automation and a lightweight CRM, in nine languages.
Do I need a WhatsApp Business API account to use Whapier?
Yes. Whapier connects directly to your WhatsApp Business Cloud API account. If you don’t have one yet, we’ll guide you through the setup during onboarding.
Can I use Whapier with multiple WhatsApp numbers?
Absolutely. Our platform supports multiple numbers depending on your plan. Each number can have its own inbox, automation rules, and team assignments.
How long does it take to get started?
You can get started in under 10 minutes. Just connect your WhatsApp account, invite your team, and start messaging.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account starts with a free trial — no credit card required. When the trial ends you choose a plan; even if you subscribe later, inbound messages keep arriving so your customers never message into a void.
Can I integrate Whapier with other tools?
Yes — through a token-authenticated REST API, HMAC-signed outbound webhooks for every event, and a WooCommerce plugin. Anything that speaks HTTP can integrate, including Zapier and Make.com via their webhook/HTTP modules.
Do I need to know how to code?
Not at all. Whapier is built for business teams. You can create automations and campaigns with simple no-code logic.
Can I send bulk messages using Whapier?
Yes. You can create broadcast campaigns using pre-approved message templates. All campaigns follow WhatsApp’s business messaging policies to ensure deliverability.
How are templates approved on WhatsApp?
You can submit and manage WhatsApp message templates directly from Whapier. Meta typically reviews them within 24–48 hours.
What happens if a customer replies after 24 hours?
To respond outside the 24-hour window, WhatsApp requires using a template message. Whapier makes this easy with built-in flows.
Does Whapier offer support?
Yes. Support is handled through the built-in ticket system during business hours, in English. Setup questions during the trial are welcome too.
Do I need a verified Facebook Business Manager to use Whapier?
Yes. Meta requires a verified Business Manager and an approved phone number before any Cloud API messaging can go live. Whapier’s setup wizard walks you through the process.
How is pricing calculated?
You pay a flat Whapier subscription. WhatsApp message fees are separate: Meta bills them directly to your own WhatsApp Business Account at Meta's published per-country rates — Whapier adds no markup and shows the estimated Meta cost before every campaign.
Are there daily sending limits?
Meta starts every new number at 1,000 unique recipients per 24 hours and raises that tier automatically as you build quality history. Whapier respects your current tier, warms up newly connected numbers gradually, and tells you before sending how many days a large campaign will take at your tier.
Can I keep my existing WhatsApp number?
Yes. You can migrate your current number to Cloud API. Old chats stay in Meta’s servers but will no longer show in the mobile app after migration.
What integrations are available?
A WooCommerce plugin for order updates and store chat, a REST API covering messages, templates, contacts, campaigns and per-message delivery status and cost, and outbound webhooks that push every event to your endpoints. Zapier and Make.com connect through their generic webhook/HTTP modules; there is no per-integration fee.
What happens if Meta blocks my number?
Whapier shows Meta's exact error and quality signals translated into plain language, and documents the appeal process step by step. Because Whapier is operated by a Meta Partner, cases can be escalated to Meta when an appeal is warranted.
How long does onboarding take?
Most users send their first template message in under 10 minutes once Business verification is complete.
Can I cancel or downgrade anytime?
Yes. You can cancel or change plans anytime from the dashboard. Cancelling stops the renewal — you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid, and inbound messages keep arriving even after that.
Is this the official WhatsApp Business API?
Yes. Whapier runs exclusively on Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API). There are no unofficial gateways or phone emulators involved, so your number is never exposed to the bans that unofficial bulk-sending tools risk.
Who bills me for the WhatsApp messages I send?
Meta does, directly. Messages are charged by Meta to your own WhatsApp Business Account at Meta's published per-country rates — that money never passes through Whapier and we add no markup on it. Whapier charges only its flat subscription, and reports every message's cost inside the app.

No. The trial requires no credit card. A validated EU VAT number is only needed when you subscribe to a paid plan, because every invoice we issue is a proper EU invoice.
Can my whole team answer one WhatsApp number?
Yes. The shared inbox shows the same conversations to everyone in real time, with assignment, auto-distribution, private notes and per-role permissions. Team size is a plan limit — there is no per-agent fee.
What happens if my subscription expires?
You keep receiving inbound messages, so your customers never message into a void. Sending campaigns and replies resumes as soon as the subscription is active again.
Do you issue EU VAT invoices with reverse charge?
Yes. Your VAT number is validated against VIES in real time, and the invoice applies the correct treatment automatically: domestic VAT for customers in our country, reverse charge under Art. 196 of Directive 2006/112/EC for other EU businesses.
Can I send bulk WhatsApp messages without getting banned?
Yes — by sending the way Meta expects: through the official API, with approved templates, to contacts who opted in. Whapier adds automatic warm-up for new numbers, respects your messaging tier, and lints templates before submission, which is exactly what protects your quality rating.
Can I connect WhatsApp to my own systems?

Where is my data hosted?
