See exactly what Meta charges you, message by message
Meta bills your WhatsApp Business Account directly for every delivered template message. Whapier adds no markup on top — its job is to make that bill legible: every cent, attributed to a message, a country, a category and a campaign.
Who bills me for WhatsApp messages?
Meta does, directly, on your own WhatsApp Business Account — at Meta's published per-country, per-category rates. Whapier charges only its flat subscription. There is no percentage, no per-conversation fee, no bundled "credits" with a margin hidden inside. Two separate bills, each one honest.
What does the cost dashboard show?
Total spend, billable versus free messages, average cost per message, and breakdowns by category (marketing, utility, authentication, service), by destination country and by day — plus your most expensive campaigns. Rates come from Meta's official EUR rate card, versioned by effective date, so historical campaigns are priced at the rate that applied when they ran.
Can I see a campaign's cost before it goes out?
Yes — the pre-flight check estimates the Meta cost from the audience and the destination countries before you confirm the send, and after the campaign runs you see estimate and actual side by side. The same dashboard shows your number's messaging tier, current throughput and warm-up status, so delivery pace is never a mystery either.
Why did a message fail, and did it cost me anything?
Every failed message carries Meta's error code translated into plain language — a blocked number, an unapproved template, a closed messaging window — and its billing status, so you know what was charged and what was not. Delivery status, failure reason and cost are also readable over the API, per message.
